Refund and Return Policy

All pre-order sales are final, and refunds, exchanges, or returns will not be accepted. When you submit payment, we’ll begin the material procurement and production process, which is why refunds will not be accepted. Refunds will also not be offered should any delays occur during the production process.

However, we will give full refunds for any incorrect order (style, color, size) or for any product that arrives damaged. We will also give a full refund should we not be able to fulfill the order in a reasonable time frame (Please note that we cannot refund any CC processing fees as this is a charge made by your credit card company, not Auggie Dean). Should this occur, you will still retain your access and membership to our pre-order program benefits.
