All pre-order sales are final, and refunds, exchanges, or returns will not be accepted. When you submit payment, we’ll begin the material procurement and production process, which is why refunds will not be accepted. Refunds will also not be offered should any delays occur during the production process.

However, we will give full refunds for any incorrect order (style, color, size) or for any product that arrives damaged. Should this occur, you will still retain your access and membership to our pre-order program benefits.
